First off, I applaud you taking the time to post your video.
Secondly, this contraption would be excellent for keeping a cylinder from rolling around during transport. BUT... it's widely regarded that long term storage of a compressed air cylinder should be upright, not horizontal. This is so that if there happens to be any moisture inside the cylinder, it will rust or oxidize the bottom of the cylinder where it is much stronger than the relatively thin sidewalls.

Thank you so much for your insightful video. I sure would not be able to make one of those with out such an educational video. I guess I am just so slow. That is why maybe I need to watch your video once with out the sound so I do not get distracted at all and than again with the sound just in case you give us some invaluable instructions that could be vital for me to understand this construction.

Or do what I do I have, buy a handle that bolts on the neck of the bottle tie a bit of rope to it and sit the bottle upright on the back seat loop the rope over the headrest and put it's seatbelt on. The bottle is safe and you can carry it with its handle alot easier.

Nice video, YOU might want to add a couple of strips of felt or rubber in the grooves, less chance of the tank slipping out if you tilt it a bit.
