You can add nuke ability 💀. One random head would start to charge for 10 or 15 seconds. And it's locked on your original location and not tracking in real time but pathfinding around obstacles with high speed and explode enough to ruin a village

Yes, multiple withered symbiont can spawn at the same time and yes, a new withered symbiont can spawn after one is killed.
The default waiting time for a withered symbiont to spawn is 10 minutes normally and 40 minutes if a player has killed it, but these can be changed in world options
