How many tablespoons of this should you take internally in a day for good benefit.?

Good question! The answer depends on your unique constitution and preferences. Many people use it as a substitute for butter, so there isn't one set "rule" about how often someone should ingest it. To start out, we might recommend taking a teaspoon or two and working up from there. If you have further questions, our Customer Care team is very knowledgeable and always happy to help. You can reach them at 1-800-953-6424 or info@banyanbotanicals.com.

Thank you for tuning in! Since we are not practitioners, we are unable to speak about medical conditions. We recommend consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional. However, we can tell you that can ghee can be supportive of internal hydration, but it is not a substitute for water intake.

I don’t know if I’ve just gotten bad batches, but I hate the smell of ghee
