And wala i got USA platoon 1 week ago, very good with the apbc excpet the Soviet always ruin my gameplay (i hate the Soviet tank so bad cuz those players always point thier tank ass toward me, ridiculous that i cant pen those ass or the turret cuz soviet bias :v). But now they put the Tiger H1 (my favorite tank) to t4, which even better, now i can slap those soviet like i slap my homies whenever i see thier ass :))).
Play your highest rank platoon, it has the highest Silver Lion multiplier. You could also buy a premium. If you don't have the money, watch ads and don't spend Golden Eagles for like a month, you'll have enough for a Premium by then. I'd recommend the Calliope platoon, it has a high Silver Lion multiplier for it's price. Oh and you can also get extra Silver Lions by watching ads.
You will need premium vehicles if you want to grind fast. Keep attention to silver lion multiplier on a tank's stars. You should play vehicles that have at least more than 2.2 SL multiplier, this means you will get around 7/8k silver lions on a average round. Also, like @kuroshiba1903 said. Calliope is a great platoon for grinding SL because it's both fun to play it, and it has some pretty good vehicles like T1E1 and calliope itself. Anyways, try to watch as much ads as possible, like this you will get tons of SL

How to grind gold lion ?
"golden eagles" not golden lions first of all.
You can get them via watching ads, or getting them out of daily crates
