Thank you for posting this informative video on the history of Vitamix. Robin demonstrated the depth of family pride involved in this company. Thank you, Tami and Tom.

Enjoyed the history of this company. I want to go hug my vitamix and tell it that they have a lovely family. It made me even prouder to be from Ohio!

Without a doubt VITA MIX blenders and food processors are the Rolls Royce of kitchen appliances! Watching from Palm Bay Florida USA.

This was awesome, thank you so much! I learned quite a few new things about Vitamix from this.
I hope they don't sell out and/or cheapen the quality of their products anytime soon.
Their warranties say everything about their belief in their product... industry-leading in every price category.
And they aren't just the crappy **limited** warranties that almost every other company offers, they are full warranties on the actual base units and ~3 year warranties on many/most containers and attachments... and they cover shipping both ways.
And they have live customer support by phone that can be easily reached.
In return, they get back enormous customer goodwill and loyalty, and most-deservedly so!

I love the fact that it will shut down when overheating. Shows me somebody was thinking and that they care about the product.

It's too bad they didn't have a replica of the first can opener so that you could have a tried it.
