Great but please advice what one do if he did not clear jaiib in 4 years neither he achieved anything great during his service year

You cant do anything about that. If interview is of 50 marks then most banks have 5 marks for JAIIB, 5 for CAIIB and 5 for any additional qualification. So you will only loose those marks.
But still think of an honest answer.Frankly After 4 years in bank and non clearance of JAIIB really creates bad impression in front of panel. But what max can happen? Nothing, except loosing those marks. But if you manage to clear the cutoff from written and rest of interview marks then you can definitely clear the Promotion exam

hlo sir i have cleared the promotion exam but still not jaiib and if interviewer will ask why didnt you cleared your jaiib still now then what should my answer?

Dear Gagan, the best answer only you can frame just the candidate did in this mock interview.
-If you are married then you can relate it to less time you get at home.
-If you are sitiing in cash seat , you can relate to hectic office schedule.
-If you are in urban branch with huge customer footfall then you can relate to late sittings at office. ( I remember in one of my Bank of India, City branch we used to do day end at 8:30 PM almost every day. So its very difficult to study after that.
And there are many factors which you can make a story of.
