this was me a few months ago in march. i had hit rock bottom. severe depression, ptsd from a break up with my dream girl (she said i was ugly and it was all a joke) i had suicidal thoughts, i thought i was super ugly, cried myself to sleep. it was hell. but i picked myself up, and now life’s great! i still think about those times. i still have ptsd. but it’s mostly the mindset. stay strong.
Guys please dont try to end it or feel like your useless. People will miss ypu your family is gonna miss your laugh. Dont pass thst pain onto your family. Theyll regret thinking not doing enough. Its okay days will get better guys just believe. God loves us all. Have a great day guys

I don't understand why I am so negative. I wish I never became the person who I am today. I want to change. But everyone's pushing me down. Even my loved ones. I wish people were actually cared about me instead of trying to convince me that they do. It feels so pressuring. I just want some peace. Is that too much to ask?
I know it may seem like that but there are people who like you who enjoy your presence people that to be with you. Just dont worry about the haters they can hate all the want but you got to enjoy your life. Hope you have a good day
