I feel the same way, often too interested in too many things that I end up becoming master of none lol but I don’t think all of us have to do life in the same way. Also a big YES to scheduling the things we like to do in order to make us do more of that. One of the ironies of life 😂
You spoke straight from my soul today Nina. I too am struggling with finding time for all my interests and getting caught up in the grind of adulthood. Rationally I know it’s not just me feeling this way, but hearing you speak my thoughts so eloquently just gave me so much comfort 💛
Hi Nina! From Melbourne. Found your channel when I was looking for vegan recipes years ago and have stayed loyal! The many different interests discussion reaaaaally resonated with me. In my line of work, being purist is celebrated, the 'jack of trades, master of none'. But I constantly find myself split between reading, writing, piano, filmmaking, nature trips/tiny house living/wildflower IDing...the list goes on. I totally want to live in a tiny house in the woods and follow a lot of channels promoting that lifestyle, but yes - I think we can achieve a balance by investing in some camping gear and journeying out once every few months. I'm really making that a priority over summer! Setting aside 30 minutes each day for reading has completely changed my life for instance.
I don’t have the best relationship with discipline either and have been learning over many months and years to engage with my interests more intuitively.. so much easier said than done when we’ve so deeply internalized capitalism and its messaging! I have always been drawn to the softness/gentleness of your videos and you’ve helped inspire me on this journey :)
Big library user here, but sometimes I get overwhelmed when I check out too many books! I feel pressure to read faster to return them. Also, unrelated, but your hair looks extra nice in this video!
You’ve done it!! I also haven’t heard of between dog & wolf! But I love end of Soviet era books and novels! Bolla, my cat Yugoslavia, swimming in the dark, free, etc 😍
Very thought provoking discussion at the beginning of the video, I am dealing with a similar conversation with myself. If you ever have more personal insights into how this works for you, I would be happy to hear more about it. But for now, thank you for the lovely video and such beautiful nature shots, I hope you have a lovely day too
Well, Heraclitus would say "there is nothing permanent except change." Costa Rica, my dear, abides by the same universal law. I like the opening: the mists hugging the lush mountainside, a sign of true love😎
@@nina.montagne!!!!!! i thought it was just bc they gave me one that was frozen and told me to wait til it defrosted !! sad that dryness was a universal experience 🥲
You are like a book I can’t stop reading.
Love & light to you. I’m loving the consistency, we really love & enjoy you💐
The intro! The opening chat! The views on that hike! Loved this one. Thanks for sharing x

Love your videos so much. The background music is so soothing and a nice touch to your already calming and relaxing presence.
