What up brother? Small world indeed. The Olight is a great EDC flashlight that can also double as a headlamp for hands free use. If you’re looking specifically for a headland then I’d say there are better choices.

Good effort. More examples of lighting distance and battery usage. Packaging is good but should only be about 15 seconds of your unboxing. Keep up the good work

No offense chief, I could care less about packaging, my concern is duration of the high intensity beam. How soon until it starts petering out (in terms of continuous operating hours), and what range of illumination does it give there boss? Brinkman has some similar products. Why is this a cut above? Thanks for the reply fellow outdoorsman. One engineering flaw I see...they should have three rings to hold the flashlight in case one snaps or tears which you know can occur. Not being a negative Nancy...being realistic. I have a need for a mobile emergency flashlight/headbeam, so Ima grillin ya.....lol. I have veys of makin ya tawk!! :P
No trying to but I’m on Ryan’s channel but Petzl has been my go to head lamp for years. They last for years though the toughest conditions. Had the same one in Iraq and Afghanistan. 5 years ago I upgraded to one you can plug in a recharge the battery. They are speedy but you pay for what you get.
Nice light. I have been seeing a lot on their tactical gun lights too, really slick stuff.

So Ryan it sounds like the batteries are rechargeable because you mentioned charging cables? 175 minutes on max isn’t bad. Will check this product out. Thanks Ryan and Von!

Not bad, 89$ on Am Prime. Can you start a fire with one ? I saw a commercial where the guy actually did that. I actually like ( Love ) my skin. Thanks anyway though.
I’ve used this light ever since that video and it’s performed flawlessly. I’m sure there are some draw backs but I don’t see them and it seems to be a good flashlight.
Don't use the Olight Perun on super high in a tent, it burns a hole in it.
It really produces a lot of heat for sure. How come the proximity sensor didn’t shut it down before doing that?
Might be a good flashlight bur the review was way over done.
