These journal prompts are so thoughtful! I love how much effort you put into your business. I’m trying to learn Japanese and always practice by journaling so I’ll definitely be using these prompts to practice self reflection and get better at this new language 💛
I loved the prompt on not seeking approval to be who you would be if no one knew you, I think that is the hardest for me, and to have courage to do that. Thanks for who you are! You have helped me so much ❤️

Hi Aileen I found your UA-cam channel during a really hard period of time for my family. We were trying to stay away from a lot of the media because of everything that happened during 2020 and 2021 involving the big C. My children were having trouble sleeping at night and I just remember finding your videos and being able to just turn on one and just listening to how your voice was so soothing. My favorite prompt was the very last one which was think back in time. I’m not sure exactly what to share involving that. But during those years I remember I fell into such a deep depression that all I did was “make another problem” for my family to deal with. And it was all dark for a really long time. If I could look myself in the face then I would stand there and love myself. I look back now and I did a lot more harm trying to do good, but was unable to accomplish anything good. I’d stand there and help myself first and then everyone would follow because I was unwell I was not able to take care of anybody else well. Two months of being out of that head space now and I’m finally able to make the necessary changes to help myself and then in turn that helps my family more. Thank you so deeply because these videos have really helped save my life and our family. Blessings 🙏✌️❤️💯

This helped me realign my thoughts when I'm being to hard on myself and remind my past self to be kinder towards myself because I'm worthy of love. ❤️
Yes please do it more...these questions were just so amazing 💕💕 honestly I am again in a rough path of life...I want to do a lot but I end up doing nothing and you know what's more disappointing I don't even try to do the things anyone would say that she is just a lazy girl and not hardworking and yeah I really feel ashamed to be this. It's true I brought this upon myself but need to get things correct cuz I can't afford to be miserable

This type of video actually helped me figure out what to write! They were all good prompts but I have to say I liked the first one best! Answering that question also is kind of giving me some motivation to really work on changing my mindset and everything! I also really liked the third prompt and that one tied into the first one for me so it was interesting to delve into that and definitely gave me quite a bit more to think about! Also loved hearing your answers as well!! 🤗

I've been looking for a good variety of journal prompts for so long!! That love language + giving that love back to yourself was a bit mind-blowing. I never thought of serving the love back in that specific way. Well....this was very persuasive and you can honestly keep re-using prompts over and over sooo off to buying the deck rip lol
I'd really buy these decks, one of the best product in lavendaire but now I don't have enough budget as a student. I'll buy them in future for sure.
