The Chinese are the Epitome of efficiency : Jamaican contractors would not have achieved that much work " in the same amount of time, since the projects Inception 1 year ago!?!. The fact ' the Chinese is undertaking multiple projects simultaneously in Jamaica is testament of their profiency!!.. that's why they've been in the country since 2012.
There will be no over/underpass at the intersection of Horace Chang Blvd. 12:15 the highway will cut across and the road will have a new alignment staying left of the highway all the way down to where it will intersect the highway before it gets to the north coast Hwy junction. Keep them videos coming 👍🏾
