Yeah, it happened also with Android Yamada, its because BANDAI ran out of codes for new medals, so they use the same rail combination in all the Dream Medals, being the YC Chip what makes them sound different. I suppose Babblong´s B medal rail combo is almost exactly the same as the one used in the Dream Medals

The final packs on Dream Medals are usually a lot of repeats, and you reversed the order of the packs, so... Yeah, the repeats were to be expected.
