You helped me dance with the duality of emotions of gratitude and emotional pain. Tears flowed. I love that I learned that it’s ok that both anger and love, acceptance and disappointment, abandonment and freedom can coexist. I now let them all dance together and it’s been incredibly releasing. This was lovely Laura & I kept my eyes opened at one point to take in the beautiful scenery of this beach. I will definately be doing it again. It looks like a good one to help me with my visualization.💙💚💙
I did it again today after overhearing some of the debate (I would not have had it on at all if not for my husband 🤣). I felt much better after doing this meditation. I love ending it with watching the beach scene. Thank you again. Love and Gratitude to you as well.
