    Pre drilling the hole to start is a grate idea makes things so much easer and accurate .

      Thanks, yeah I'm trying this instead of a metal wedge. It seems to push the eye gaps a bit tighter.

    The quintessential sledge hammer extremely well executed . I love that you broke the edges of the cheeks It's a nice touch. Oh and btw I just received a swageblock that I had Cnc'd from your pattern with very few adjustments It's a lovely piece of kit works a treat so thank you for that! Cheers!

    Do you make any money? - all the wasted time keeping things excessively clean and tidy doesn’t really add up. Unless this is a occasional hobby?

      @@remibedard5494 Just your friendly neighborhood blacksmith trying to figure out what is going on with a huge shop and very little signs of dust, oil, or heavy wear & tear. I’m more intrigued on how he keeps it so living room clean all the while blacksmithing everyday. Finish products look great. Maybe he can do a shop tour video and throw in how he keeps things clean. If one were to watch 97% of blacksmithing videos you’d understand my conundrum.
