Checking different diets, THM is really the most complicated with tons of books. Up to now, I like Weight Watchers more, pretty simple, not a tons of books and the site is very attractive and easy to use. I am not fan of Coconut Oil, I heard different and controversial critics about of its healthy or not, I prefer Virgin Olive Oil. Thanks for the information, of all the videos I checked about THM, yours is the most straight to the point, the others too talkative.

I think the Truvia taste more like supersweet to me.

I think it tastes sweeter too but I double checked the conversion chart and it says it's equal to Gentle Sweet. I think the granules are bigger (more like sugar) maybe that makes it taste sweeter??
