I worked for Thomas Cook for 2 seasons, worked with all the crew shown in this video. To this day we all still stay in touch with each other even though it’s been over a year since the collapse. It truly was an amazing company to work for and we were a family, couldn’t have asked for a better career! Wish things ended differently but that’s life and I’ll forever cherish all the memories I had and places I got to see 💛 Thank you TCX

I'm sure the cabin crew and pilots will be able to find other jobs easily with other airlines, however I really feel for all staff especially those who work in the travel agents and head office, as they will probably find it more difficult. I will dearly miss Thomas cook😔💛
Actually jet2 held a open day for ex Thomas cook cabin crew which they are recruiting for after the collapse. But you are more likely right about the pilots and they are more likely to get down graded.
I was privileged to work at TCX for 12 years. Wonderful colleagues, working atmosphere & times, which I feel will never be bettered the rest of my working life.
I only worked 2 seasons for TCX at BHX after 31 Years at Monarch. I truly loved my time at Thomas Cook and was gutted when they went. Fabulous company and still miss them now
The problem with being cabin crew is that there is no other similar job like it, or as well paid. Therefore if something like this happens where the airline goes bust and you've worked in the job along time you have no other skills and will find it very difficult to pull the same money.

Wow, you used to see their planes flying in and out of Orlando every day because of the Disney World crowd but with the restrictions on who can enter the US that has to have really hurt their business, Thompson and Virgin Atlantic also. Too bad, Best of Luck to you folks.

I quit at crew with TCX as bullying is rife within the organisation. The cabin managers were awful, rude and would belittle you at any opportunity. Would not recommend this company at all.
Hmm I am not very sure. 1. I think they might move you to Britain (It's not a bad thing it is very nice here) or 2. You will be based in LAX, JFK and others. But most likely I think you would have to move to Britain.
