@@warpedmine9682 I found how to replicate it. At address 00F0 in the RAM, at line 5 and 6, change the hex values to 11 for line 5, and FE for line 6. Then the music will take affect to every song. If you want it to loop it, just freeze the two hex values.

Edit: this is not in another game. There is a glitch in Super Mario Bros. 3 that do kind of the same sound, but I searched and a guy discovered this when messing up the original game Super Mario Bros on NES with a Hex editor. Go search "1-up Fanfare extended Super Mario Bros NES'' on YT to check that.
