I love how you brought up justifying spending time and money on planning. It is a hobby for a lot of people and many use it as a creative outlet.
This is my 2nd year in a Cousin and I love it. Thank you for showing how you use it - it has given me some great ideas!
Our youngest graduated from LSU during the pandemic- she graduated in December in Tiger Stadium! So everyone could spread out. Turned out she was in one of only two graduating classes that graduated in Tiger Stadium. The other class was when Ronald Reagan was the Commencement speaker.
I use the left-hand column for the week layout for my top 3 work and top 3 home priorities, top goal focus (level 10), and a quote at the very bottom. BTW, I love your handwriting! Thanks for sharing!
Love that idea! I used to include my top 3 for the week and I think I'll probably go back to that at some point. (And thank you!)
I love the idea of using the Saturday and Sunday as "one"! Plus that would mean I could decorate it more lol. Side note, I watched my sister prepare for her dissertation: I was in such awe watching her defend and seeing the relief in her face when her chair congratulated her. It definitely ages you; but what an amazing accomplishment.
the one day for the weekend works really well for me! and yes, the dissertation is definitely a rough process lol thank you!
tracking daycare absences is so smart, i think i'll implement this this year. I feel you, last year was really rough with all the viruses. hoping (and wishing for you) a healthier 2023!
so rough with all the viruses! here's to hoping our LOs stay healthy in 2023!
Our pediatrician told me, they’ll either get sick when they’re little or when they’re in school - which is worse! So keeping track is great but don’t feel bad about it - they’ll be sick occasionally- our three have turned out well - one working and has a masters, 2 in graduate school
My left column in the weekly spread holds tasks that need to be done that week (calls, etc. that aren't day specific) as well as any small goals for that week (usually that are part of bigger monthly, quarterly or annual goals.)
I use the side bar for weekly tasks that aren’t day specific or that I don’t know what day I’ll get it done.
Love this idea! that's how i've been using the side bar for a running weekly to do list (for stuff that isn't day specific) and I've found it really functional. I want to integrate more weekly goals/priorities too.
Love the layout and it looks so pretty!
🥰❤ Loved the video and love your handwriting~!
Thank you so much!!
You have a beautiful family!
