Every time I watch one of your videos I say to myself wow, that looks pretty easy let me go try that. Then I realize I’m watching Charlie Craven tie. Always takes me at least an hour to do one of the patterns it takes you about five seconds. Definitely helps me to become a better tier! Thanks again!!....Mel
Interesting take on thread twist involving right handed verses left handed tying. I always learn something watching your videos. Thanks and Happy Holidays, my friend.
Hi Charlie thanks for the great videos. I'm baffled, however with regards to the brown supreme hair. Newly purchased, it's very light colored almost a pale auburn vs. what looks like a reddish look with yours. Over white thread, I'm not getting anything close to what you got going. Still very much a newb here and I'll stay on the hunt for more/better material. Perhaps there's been a big change from Superhair to what I'm finding with "Supreme Hair"?
Nice fly sir.. something tells me,if you keep practicing, your gonna be really good one day. Lol. Jk of course..you the eddy van Halen of fly tyin..ive learned so much from you, macFail, that slide in guy(lol) thanks for all you guys do:)

I tried your flash juju and it absolutely slayed it on the Dream Stream! Keep the videos coming Charlie! Thank you for all you do!
Purple and blue combo is my favorite. Catches large trout and many trout. Thanks, Charlie.
Sweet fly. Works in lakes under indicators in shallows early and later. Thanks Charlie
You need to start selling "Charlie's Tying Thread for Right Handed Tyers"

I've been tying that in a #18 red and black Jujubee with great success here on Missouri tail waters.

Very nice tie Sir. Wold like to tie those.
Great!!! Just tied an 18. Do you fish it with split deep or as is? thx!
Do you typically keep the tailing feathers the same when you change abdomen colors?
would you consider doing a fine copper wire for the body in leiu of the synthetic hair?
what would you say to using 50d veevus GSP? It's the only thin white thread I got.
