It feels better to train with 0,75 x or 0,5 x video speed and stay 45 seconds or a minute in one tempo. Thank you for a metronome, I´m using it every day! :)
My routine: 1) Singles [Wrists, fingers, moeller](2 bars) Doubles (2 bars) Rll and Lrr (2 bars) paradiddles (2 bars) -22/06/21 - 155 -23/06/21 - 155 -24/06/21 - 155 -25/06/21 - 155 -26/06/21 - 160 -26/06/21 - 24/07/21 - hit with the virus lol 24/07/21 - 170 ( with difficulty on the Rll) -06/08/21 - 175 (need to work on moeller strokes) - 09/08/21 - 175 (need to work on single stroke and stroke rolls) -10/10/21 - I'm back lol, done 175 much easier. Just managed to do 180. Looking to be more consistent this time with recording -11/10/21 - managed to do 185 yes! Seems like the hard work is paying off. Need to relax more at this tempo tho. Now I'm utilising the rebound more on doubles -12/10/21 - struggled with 190 but managed to keep calm. 185 feels more comfortable, probably because I'm more relaxed and focusing on the transitions. -13/10/21 - able to do at 195 after working at motion. I need to work on moving my hands around the kit at 190 tho. -20/10/21 - first practice since start of work. Can barely do 190. Need to work on accuracy and level of sticks And Im back again(after 2 years): - 21/12/23 - 175 (weak left hand doubles in french position). I've added 5 stroke rolls and triple single notes into the workout - 22/12/23 -185 (still weak left hand doubles in LRR) - 23/12/23 - 180 - 25/12/23 - 180 (left hand needs smoother motion)
I know this is for music training but I personally use this to work out my arms, I base my rep speed off of the tempo and it’s been doing me wonders lmao

It's the first different sound, that's the start@@cjs1868
Mastering my Picado technique. Thanks 👍
thanks bro really helped me out with my playing, but do you really need to go beyond 200
Hey, glad to hear that! Going beyond 200 was mostly if someone wanted to play anything at half speed (so technically to them the 400 is 200)
I want to learn war pigs, so yes it is lol
@@Lazlo_uno want to do 130 BPM metronome?
I used it Clair de lune’s fast part and it helped, especially at 2x speed so 🤷
i collaped at 210 bpm doing 8/8 notes on my drum pad
I will study with this sound. I'll update.
I set the speed up to 1.25
Sono crollato a 360 bpm, oltre non riesco per ora con la chitarra.
Faster And FASTER
I’m using this for aim training in valorant lol
