It went from every second counts: rigidity, striving for perfection, no amateurs here….to every second counts: everything you do, down to the smallest of details, matters, your smallness matters
@@jeffreyrosenfeld7543 To be a better father to his child. To maybe be a better lover to his ex and win her back. And also to be better at his career field. The balls in his court now and he's going to own that shit!
It was the best episode for me as well. Weird because he was my least favorite character but after that episode I really loved his story and was really wanting him to succeed. Such a great series!
It started as "every second counts, so you better not effing waste it". Now it's: " every second counts, regardless of your past, you still have your present and tomorrow."
I think Richie is my fave character. His arc was just so beautifully done and to see him grow and change to become a more rounded human being was just so brilliant
I loved the evolution of Richie's character in season 2, he is endearing, moving, he has grown in maturity and wisdom, looking forward to seeing him in the new season
@cooliostarstache5474 he was too set in his ways in the first season. He clinged to the past in the first season which was honestly most likely a trauma response to losing his best friend. Season 2 had him searching for purpose in a space he knows very little about but spending time at the nicest restaurant in the city put everything into perspective
Richie has become my favorite character. I’m rooting for him to with get with chef Terry (Andrea) or the gal from Ever. He deserves love. Such a good girl dad.
I’m only 3 episodes into the third season but man Carmy is killing me. It’s like dude, you’ve successfully opened and now you’re falling apart. It’s been frustrating to see how he treats Richie who’s really made an effort to be great at what he does. Hoping for some positive growth out of Carmy
This is the single greatest episode of a tv series period. This episode could stand alone as its own short story/film. I tell everyone to watch S2E7 of The Bear
I agree.....of course it comes right after my other 2 fav shows( House and the sopranos ,the best thing ive ever seen but thats an opinion statement obviously),but the bear is devine...stunning...exquisite writing, acting,etc...masterpiece is right
@@rainman42OP is simply saying this is the best show on tv (right now), not the best show on tv of all time. Ain't nobody got a thang on sopranos and I don't wanna see any babies crying possum over breaking bad

Also he's old and he doesn't have all the time in the world to be a good person to those he love, every second counts.
My friend you get it
@@wit9976 yessss! So good
So what's his purpose here?

this was the best episode yet imo. richie showed us he could change and completely flipped his character upside down

It’s so hard to choose between this one and the previous episode fishes. Both are masterpieces.
He found his purpose even in his mid 40s shows it’s never too late
seeing 'Fishes' and 'Forks' back to back is peak television
💯💯💯
Richie’s story arc relates to me the most and love how he changed his life around. I hope I can do the same
I believe in you
Me too. As I believe in you and hope the same for me too :)
Your on your way brother keep going don't know you love you bro ❤
Do you have a cousin like Carm? Bc without him he would be still living is history dealing with Michael death
I know you can brother
Prince Zuko levels of character development
Vegeta levels
He’s gonna win an Emmy off of this episode alone. ❤
One of the finest pieces of tv I have ever watched.
It started as "every second counts, so you better not effing waste it".
Now it's: " every second counts, regardless of your past, you still have your present and tomorrow."
@Coldbird1337 I thought her message from her dad was every second counts so savor every one of them. Remember live immerse enjoy
I think Richie is my fave character. His arc was just so beautifully done and to see him grow and change to become a more rounded human being was just so brilliant
Such a phenomenal actor, such emotion in his eyes. ❤
This actor. This role is harder than I can imagine. The expressions. The change in voice.
I literally cried after this episode
I loved the evolution of Richie's character in season 2, he is endearing, moving, he has grown in maturity and wisdom, looking forward to seeing him in the new season
I just really hope it sticks and their last convo didn't break him 😢
Ritchie has one of the best character arcs I've seen in years. Big shout out to the guy who played him
this show is so well written! i love it and happy to see Richie find a purpose.
When I got IT, I felt giddy. So effing perfect.
Ironically, the clock ⏰ doesn’t show the seconds above the “every second counts” sign. 😂
That may very well be intentional. Perhaps the seconds can only be counted in our heads, in our lived experience, as moments in time? The present?
Richie taking over the Expo is one of my favorite TV moments of all time
That's our cousin right there!
Loved this episode so much. Loved this character from the start, sure he a total nightmare at times but he holds so much love for his people ❤

finally got to “forks” i’m speechless😢
Richie's character development in this show Is fantastic
Happy for Richie. always rooted for him.
I thought this character was unreedemable, but they were able to pull it off
What about Richie ever seemed unredeemable lmao? He was too loud?

The song is Message to Bears - Autumn (One of my all time favorite song writers)
You are awesome, thank you so much.
OMG !! This was a great moment in the show !!💚✌️
damn, his eyes are hella blue 😂
This show man 🔥👍🏾
best episode of TV ever to me
He’s the best
Richie is the man
How you do anything is how you do everything
it makes me feel like i haven't wasted my life yet

IMO this was the greatest episode of television ever
I couldn’t stand Richie early on but he became one of my favourite characters. What a show!
BEST character in the show !
Lol, nope
This is the actor who should have won!
COUSIN!! Dopest moment ever!!!
Every second counts, but no clocks show seconds, just minutes and hours.

The goat !!!
He became a Swifty at that point. 😂

The. Best. Show. On. Television.
Hands down, no argument. Get the fuck outta here with your Successions and other bullshit. The Bear is a masterpiece.

one thing that tells me everything i need to know about the succession is the fact that i’ve never heard of it
@@AllgdSuspexx27 you should also know that it's god damn amazing and just as good as The Bear

richie is the best character in the show. We like to think of ourselves as Carmy but more than likely we are him
