I’m surprised this was served as this is a misnomer for white tuna at sushi restaurants and is also known to have a laxative effect on your bowels.

I was a little surprised to read about those things when I looked it up later. Never knew that. It was listed as escolar on the menu but I asked questions and chef tried to give me some descriptions I was familiar with. It was very tasty and my body handled it well. Lol.
