While Hololive straight up banned such kinds of clips, Nijisanji just banned clips altogether from certain Vtubers until said otherwise. I only know Ars and Hoshikawa were the ones who banned clips.

Fortunately they're not banned anymore, but she does have rules in her description, which can change each stream.
