Thank you for your report. I watch it every month. So, it means I should stay put and wait for better times to sell my single family home in Venice? Is there a light at the end of the tunnel, perhaps showing prices will be better in the near future?

Depends on what your plans. are after you sell. Are you planning on buying another property. The good news is you're in the market so you go up and down with pricing. If you sell a bit lower, you should also buy a bit lower.
