    For you mommy’s traveling with you child on a flight that leaves from TF green airport in Warwick Rhode Island request Antonia verril but everyone calls her Toni as your Tsa officer you can ask the person at the desk where you buy your tickets she’s great with children and it will make your life so much easier to have someone there to keep them happy while you clear security

      Best to check with your airline, usually you don't have to. But they have weight and size restrictions if it's too heavy or big you may have to give it at the ticket counter and can be collected at your final destination.

    Hi! This is such a great video! I've got some travel video's on my channel too as I travel with my toddler as well. We travel light though, with only carry on. Maybe you could check out how we manage it! We went to Europe over winter for almost 6wks. It was tough only having a small amount of luggage but so worth it with all the trains and ubers that we ended up having to take! Cheaper too on those smaller air companies that they have over there! Anyway, good luck with your future flights/trips! We have another trip coming up to New Zealand so looking for all the latest! It's always tricky with little ones in tow! Us mammas got to share all the tips we have and stick together! haha! xx

      Hi Betty! So nice to "meet you". Yes I always try to travel as light as I can, especially with carry ons. Have a great trip!

    Hi! Do you bag up your stroller and car seat after you gate check it?

    • @MadeSimplyNikki
      @MadeSimplyNikki  7 років тому

      Hi there! I fold up my stroller and leave the car seat and stroller at the gate for them to pick up. I don't use a bag/case for them. But those are available online! I just don't have the time or hands to pack them up.

    Hi I am traveling w my five month old in July; I have to make two stops before I get to my destination n was wondering if by gate checking u get ur stroller after every stop? Or they send it directly to ur destination?? .. I have a graco stroller which is lightweight; but won’t fit as carry on.. I also have a traveling stroller that I bought yesterday that can go as carry on but don’t look like baby is too comfortable :( pls what do u recommend I do? I’m so nervous :(( n it’s getting me anxiety cause Husband can’t come ..

    Yeah this was a cute little polished video demonstrating a perfectly easy flight with two people and a baby. The thing is though it is not quite this easy when you are travelling alone with a 15 month old and you are looking to switch 3 planes - 6 hours, 11 hours and 4 hours almost back to back. Got tips for that? Haha, Thanks tho for simple reminders repetition can’t hurt. Sorry for the sarcasm, just a nervous mama talking here 🤪

    Hi. We are planning a trip to Disney and I found your video. I noticed that your daughter is in the infant carry seat is that due to her weight or just ease of travel?

    • @MadeSimplyNikki
      @MadeSimplyNikki  7 років тому +1

      Hi Robbin! Aw Disney sounds fun! She's still in an infant car seat yes because of her weight (she was still under 20lbs). It's also convenient since it locks into the stroller and makes going around the airport easier! But now that she has a regular car seat, we check it in with our luggage :)

    • @robbintebbe6458
      @robbintebbe6458 7 років тому

      Thank you! My little girl is a whole 13lbs at a year so I don't think she will be over the 22lb limit on ours when we go in October. It would definitely made it a lot easier!

    Can I have advice for travel with two kids alone regarding receiving luggage....

    • @MadeSimplyNikki
      @MadeSimplyNikki  6 років тому

      Sure! What are your questions/concerns?

    • @saadis5501
      @saadis5501 6 років тому

      More managing two kids under age 3 by myself. And then receiving luggage in the destination . First time flying.

    • @MadeSimplyNikki
      @MadeSimplyNikki  6 років тому

      If you have a little one who can be put in a carrier and one in the stroller that would be best. Or if you have a double stroller. Try to keep all luggage on wheels, so you're able to push the luggage once you receive them. I've pushed a stroller, and pulled the luggage with the other hand behind me. Have a strong hook or carabiner on your stroller to hold your purse/baby bag/smaller carry on. Be equipped with snacks, extra change of clothes, diapers, etc. for the flight (as detailed in the video). Keep the kids strapped in to help you when you're occupied (while getting luggage, checking in, etc). Don't have too many small things to carry, I suggest a backpack. Check in the car seats when you check in your luggage, and keep the stroller with you until gate check in. Pre-board to give yourself some time to settle in the plane with your kids and not feel rushed. You got this mama!

    i will be traveling with my infant and what happens when he wets his diaper on the fight. where will you change him?

    • @MadeSimplyNikki
      @MadeSimplyNikki  6 років тому +2

      Hi there. You change him in the restroom. Most aircrafts have a changing table that folds down above the toilet. Have a small bag or pouch prepared with everything you need (diaper, wipes, travel size powder, etc.) to take with you.
