Deniz Metal Casting started its activities in 1990 in Istanbul, Turkey and continues to manufacture secondary aluminum ingots, zamak ingots, lead ingots, zinc ingots and special alloy ingots from aluminum scrap recycling.
With its investments in recent years, Deniz Metal Casting modern facility operating on 6000 m2 open and 3000 m2 closed area has reached an annual production capacity of 20.000 tons.
First-class aluminum scraps supplied from Turkey and various countries around the world are carefully classified by qualified and experienced personnel from the sortation department and are included in the manufacturing process.
Scraps classified according to the desired alloys are processed in a reverber and rotary furnaces at a recycling facility depending on the requested standard and special alloys.
Since aluminum is lighter than other elements, easier to process, have heat and electricity conductivity, corrosion resistance and reusability, this element has a wide range of applications in the industrial area. These properties of aluminum are primarily used in the construction industry, the transportation industry, the packaging industry, the electrical and electronics industry, the furniture and office manufacturing industry; additionally, aluminum and zamak alloy ingots meet the needs of pressure casting industry, automotive supply industry, white appliances supply and durable consumption goods industry.

What about the purity problem? According to the process you might still have the problem of purification since other metals gets dissolved during the melting process.
Should think about electrolysis process to push purity beyond 90%.

The narrator referred to this plant as a recycling facility. As such, this company’s primary mission is to turn scrape metals into ingots of a reasonably pure level.
Further refining may be the responsibility of the customer.
Just my observation.
