I have a lot of fun making most of the videos - I just got a little anxious during this one. I wandered around after my phone died and took some more video to stitch together a more complete look at the show. There is so much to see!

Thanks for taking us along to see the Tucson show! I've heard about it for several years, but this is the first time I've seen pictures of what it's like. Love seeing everything! I'm rick collector from when I was a kid, and now I also make gemstone beaded and wire wrapped jewelry that I sell at local festivals and craft shows. There is so much beauty in all those ricks! Looking forward to seeing Jim's faceting!

Hey Kate! I had a thought. While you are showing the vendor's cards, why don't you tell them the name of their channel so that they can check it out? Maybe even give them a card of your own! Like you, I like seeing the rough stuff. I do collect beautiful stone and shell (mostly abalone) jewelry tho. Not much of a girlie girl here either

Hi I have a question, can everybody buy at Tucson at those prices or is it Just for resellers or wholesalers?
There are certain vendors and areas that that are wholesale only, but the majority is open for the public to buy. My wife and I go every year

I just started watching this video. I was wondering Kate, did you fake\dyed rocks and minerals there? I watched a young lady do a review about Temu and the fake crystals they sell and she stated they also go to the Tucson gym show and other gem shows. I trust you 💯%. Hopefully real, serous gem sellers kick them out. Cause honestly as made me not want to go to the gem shows, as idk how to tell the fake rocks/minerals. 😞
Haha I asked to soon. At least I would’ve been able to tell with those bracelets due to the price. Those would be great but for my granddaughter wouldn’t be a big deal if it broke. She’s 3 and LOVES rocks and rockhounding.
I would imagine that there are some fakes, including dyed agates and howlite (fake turquoise), but there are so many natural rocks, it's easy to ignore the fakes.

i love watching finish products like beads and faceted items plus price idea than watching raw crystals that has no price/s and not yet polished. i hate those people concentrating on raw items. am not a fan of that... i want to see finish products and price ideas and they dont get that?! lol
