I have a small amount of Emersons and so far the ones that are the most comfortable in hand would be the Appalachian and the Elvia. As far as the blade steel goes for Emersons they are CPM154.

Yes i usually sell the knives i dont absolutely love lol. I sell them on FB groups like Knifejoy and various other groups
