"Holy shit that's a lot of experience!" - Kripp [Leveling from 1 to 2]
Every long journey beings with the first step.
the ending with him saying he was lucky was so cute.
"gaud, look at the XP"
he got possessed by a salt elemental
Distruct10 toppest of keks
Can't wait for Kripp Casts Kripp Casts Kripp's First Arena.
superbob24 and then you will say can't wait for Kripp Casts Kripp Casts Kripp Casts Kripp's First Arena.
superbob24 yes :D
superbob24 we must go deeper!
superbob24 Yeah I can't wait for Kripp Casts Kripp Casts Kripp Casts Kripp Casts Kripp's First Arena.
superbob24 The Kripception ?
Back in the day , when Salt Levels were Low and NeverLucky BabyRage was a rare occurance.
Because there wasnt a "if i place this down. And im at 5 health, but the enemy is at 30, i can win
In one turn. With the enemy having a full board."
And also: "You must atack the minion with taunt''
I lost it at Secret Keeper in a Priest deck.
hahahahahahahhahahaha
In my first arena I put Mad Scientist in priest
I remember picking eye for an eye only because I wanted to see how secrets work. Back then, I had only read about them and thought it was an effect on minions.
OMG! dat yellow wall and youthful energetic Kripp. Such Nostalgia B O Y Z. Bring on Inferno Diablo!
Should have included the original commentary as well... I just found the original "Kripp's first time playing hearthstone" and it''s freaking awesome. It includes on point analysis like:
"This game is largely about attacking the opponent. Attacking creatures is really a waste. I was watching other people play and they were making that mistake a lot."
Also includes Kripp implying that his opponent is stupid when using a weapon to remove a minion:
"Why does he do that? He takes damage!"
Also includes a variety of fireballs to the face without having lethal, some ignoring of free trades and getting wrecked afterwards, and finishing up the game with the post game analysis that he played that game pretty much as well as he could and don't think there was anything he could've done better.
All in all, it makes me feel quite okay with being awful at Hearthstone (I never reached legend rank). But at least, at one point, Kripp was miles worse than I ever was....
*kripp sees 2 lightwels in a deckl* oh my god, this guy has two rares!, i don't even have a rare.
Let's not get carried away - miles worse than you are NOW. Everyone had these (or similarly stupid) thoughts at one point. It's kind of natural for a game like Hearthstone.
Omfg "holy shit that is alot of experience"

You can bite your friends. -Kripperino the baderino frienderino
wow that fly on your profile
DAmn
Tore Shimada I nearly spat out my spaghetti when he said that
Early Hearthstone was so exciting. I almost wish I could go back and start all over!
Trying to Abusive your own Claw is some next level shit, yo.
WE DEMAND THE GLASSES BACK
Octa Pus Not gonna happen, they stopped paying him to use them.
I got lucky as fuck. Let's be realistic...
- Kripp a long long time ago
Back when kripp was "nolife Kripparrian -- Hearthstone Day1. LETS GO PRO."
in my opinion any game was more fun to play when you didnt know what to do
"As a druid, you can bite your friends." - Kripp 2015
2 years later: kripp casts kripp's casting of kripp's first arena
Awesome! More kripp casts kripp. Not sure why I love this series buts its just so entertaining.
omg the yellow wall! so much nostalgia
I dont know why, but watching you cast your first arena run made me remember your early Lich King videos. I miss those days.
How strange, i only watched your old video on this a couple of days ago! Interesting vid as usual
That claw to face... ORIGINAL DENNIS lol
Still no PoE video after 4 days.
Quiestre He could do a least a short one just giving his impressions. That's the least he could do for all the hours of enjoyment he got out of it back in the days. Oh well, hearthstone = more money so that's understandable I guess.
Quiestre PoE?
Dastan Arre Path of Exile
ZeroAnexietyMaster Path ResidentSleeper Exile
ilico5 no, hearsthone = his audience. poe vid will come soon i'm sure, he already announced he's actually going to play it for a couple weeks (!), if memory serves well.
I remember me adding a crapload of removals and spells into a deck trying to simulate the "Blue Black Control" style of play from MTG.
+Kevin Kong I tried mana ramp druid, didnt work as well as green ramp but i tried
+Matthew Johnson not enough ramp
i remember pulling rag as my first legendary, trying it in druid because of the ramp and then thinking that druid sucked because he had no removals and MTg green's ramps is so much better than HS ramp, then removing wild growth from my druid's deck and telling my friends wild growth was really bad and actually getting them to remove wild growth from their decks, also i used wolfrider and wild-pyro+claw as removal because i thought druid had sucky removal (which he does anyways)
+Santiago González I mean swipe but...
anju zhang i wouldn't count swipe as a good card tho, don't get me wrong, swipe isn't a bad card, druid's play swipe because there's nothing better for them and as for targeted removal mulch and naturalize always go negative mulch is a 1 for 2 in the favor of your opponent (-1) and naturalize is a 1 for 3 (-2) which is pretty sucky. and as for the rotated cards druid used to have recycle and well recycle is also bad, to be honest druid's should have something like their own version of mortal strike (4 mana deal for damage if you have a total of 8 attack in play deal 6 damage)
I am Jesus.
K
Jesus Christ hi son
Jesus Christ same
Hey b0ss
Jesus Christ Hey Jesus you owe me 50 Shekels
oh those were good times when Kripp didn't know anything about the game.
Feels like yesterday.....oh wait...
And with this win, it began!
Ahh the nostalgia, Pyroblast and Mind Control for 8, Twilight Drake starts at 1/1 and gets both health and attack for cards, Shattered Sun 3 for 3/3, Argus 3/3, Northshire for 2 (suck on that), the HS balance team has learned something, but still, they don´t see things. Like Pint-Sized Summoner beeing a 2/2 rare and only reducing the cost of 1 minion versus a Mechwarper, which is a common card with 2/3 body that reduces the cost of all mechs, not just 1. And well played Kripp, that was a tough match.
Yeah... the invention of the term "lethal" in Hearthstone was...crazy....
InFlamesFreeFall "Lethal" has been a term in mtg for over a decade.
Do I care?
Do you?
Does anyone?
Dan Biggs boy that escalated quickly.
i was expecting the entire arena not the first game :( hopefully you finish it
xbubbahotep The entire thing is in the desciption though without casting
and a new hero of hearthstone was borned
Trump
Watched the entire 14 hour twitch replay over the past couple of days. That shit was hilarious.

Wish we could turn back time, to the good ol' days.
"Holy shit, that's a lot of experience." It's so great when a game as good as this launches. Thanks for the lols.
Holy shit that's a lot of experience!
THAT ending. Awesome stuff.
"Holy Fuck thats a lot of experience" -Kripp, 3000BC
:50 for the draft and 5:40 to start the games.
-Skeletor
When i read the title i thought it was going to be about that Kripp clone you've been playing against all week.
same :D
Dat Mind Control card. Nerfed down so bad i almost stand up and gave an applause. 8 mana and instant active, how shit crazy was that card.
Its so refreshing to watch this in 2023
Oh kripp, When did you turn from "lucky as fuck" to "never lucky"? What happened? BibleThump
a double dennis throwdown! i love it
A legend was born on that day
holy shiet, thats a lot of experience:D
0:46 Kripp the skip.
5:40 Skip the draft
You lie you can't skipp the kripp this video. BibleThump
Laurits M ty bro awesome work
Laurits M saved my life
The yellow wall...Oh, the memories!
missed 1 dmg gg passed no hit face! WEEEEELL DONE!
i love these commentary on commentary vids
trump did a great one on nax
Holy shit that's a lot of experience
Wow, 2017 and this is in my suggestions ^^
Terms like lethal and mid-range have been around for a long time. It's used in Magic and Yugioh, which ya know, are competitive tcg games as well :-)
Gotta love the sarcasm in this one
Him trying to attack the Gurubashi was so adroable.
Holy shit that's a lot of experience...
Kripp likes to reminds us multiple times across the video that he had never played the game before and had no idea what cards are really good. Despite the attempt for making us not notice that Krip is the same casual as the 1 year ago, we still notice Kripp.
I think that it's funny someone is such a fan of yours they took the same name as you. I love these kinds of videos where you look at your old videos. It's like Trump reviews Trump reviews naxxramas.
Holy shit that is a lot of experience :D
Oh man so much nostalgia...I remember my first arena draft being a rogue. Only played like two games against the practice AI before trying them in arena, so I had pretty much no idea what I was doing. Among other things that I passed on, I remember totally skipping 3 Assassin's Blades that were offered in that run for other worse cards, because I was like, "5 mana for only a 3 damage weapon? Gay." And of course when you're a new player to rogue, Defias Ringleader was one of the best class cards in the game; think I got four of them in that one draft, and drew them so often that one game I had to play a Ringleader to combo out the other Ringleader. Four mana for 2 2/2's and a 2/1, aw yeah.
i went 8-3 with my frist arena. It was a weapon face warrior that had leroy
They nerfed the glasses lol
This reminds me of TotalBiscuit's WTF Is Hearthstone vid where he praised Wisp as a strong early game card. Ah, the youthful days of gaming...
who's pitching those ideas for videos for you kripp, gotta raise their pay man gj
I actually go for Savage Roar if I get the treants when running druid arena. That combo has won me so many lost arena matches.
Oh man, my first arena was a Mage and managed a 9 win (was the max amount of wins back in the day)
Good times
Omg! Dat turn 2 play!
Seems like maybe Dennis was trained by Kripp once upon a time?
HouseCup #3 goes to Romania - and to a castle, Kripp is from Romania therefore it's Kripp's castle! Pogchamp plz!
You missed the Druid of the Claw BM..
SO MUCH XPPPPP!!!!
I hop on that the video of kripp being new. The first quote I hear is "The game is mostly about attacking face and attacking minions is pointless. I was noticing other people playing it making this mistake a lot." Gave me a good laugh.
The arena on the stream starts at 7:55:00
Laughed so hard when priest play wisp
12:36 tapped without attacking!
"I got lucky as fuck" the rng already started
when I was new I played a sludgebelcher mage deck. you would play sludgebelcher and then play the secret that gives two copies when it dies (can't remember name rn). (whispers) it was glorious.
I know that feel. I wasn't that new tho, just leveling slow it was my only shield against all those face hunters.
"Holy shit that's a lot of experience" jajajajajajja nice video man jajajajajaja
My first arena went 8-3! 2 years later I have only managed to get higher once with 9 wins...I do hate arena at times!
Arena was much easier back than a 3-3 arena now is like a 7-3 back then
I think nowadays luck plays a much bigger part then skill. There's the cards you draw, the way you draw them in a game, and the cards that your opponent has and how they draw them. My highest recent win was 9-3 but the deck was a trashy warlock zoo, but I drew really well. I've crafted arena decks with fantastic cards that have gone 0-3. I recently got a decent deck with 2 Dr. Booms but only went 5-3!
just pick rogue everytime you can its almost a guaranteed 7+ wins
Amazingly my average with rogue is 3-3. Which is the 2nd worst behind Druid. My two highest are Priest and Shaman.
The ultimate response to the Kripp skippers. EVEN MORE KRIPP!
8:50 Question Adventurer used to be common? O.o
Stefan de Jong no as you can see it used to be a legendary
Yes, and I believe Flesheating Ghoul used to be rare. At some point they switched their rarities.
I wonder if they reverted starfall today if it would be picked over swipe. Being able to do 5 damage to the face is pretty big for 5 mana, but swipe at 4 still seems too good.
No 5 mana 5 damage is below avrage. Its pretty much shittyer version of fireball
0:47 Kkip the Sripp
Hey Kripp I was wondering if in future videos like this, could you move the camera over to the top left instead of the top right? It covers a lot of the cards in the deck list this way, so it's hard to see everything you see :)
Is there going to be coming more? This looks quite interesting
you uploaded already a kind of this video bro
rag bal I'm a little bit disapointed :(
Yes, you've heard correct. We do like Kripp.
i actually did study the game a lot because when i was new and before i got into it because it was closed beta and when i got the key i flipped
Now we have Huntards
"Nostalgia"
It was a year and a half ago...
i miss kripp his yellow wall and his 10 sockets t-shirts
lol his reaction at the end!
5:40 to Skip to first gamearinoe

this was really funny can you do it for you 173 arena run now?
We need Kripp casts Kripp's forehead.
Good stuff.
