Love this project! I didn't have any file folders on hand, but I adapted the idea slightly using greeting cards that were 4.5" x 5". Thank you bunches for the inspiration! :)
I found your project on Piinterest. I love making journals of all sizes, materials, styles etc. (I find making them more fun than filling them most times) This project looks easy, fun and inexpensive to make. Plus most folks have these paticular materials on hand. All the requirements I look for…. Have you ever thought of teaching a little mini class by showing a "how to" for the journal, but also showing how to decorate and fill the journal? That is sometimes the most difficult for folks. They get this beautiful little journal made and then they're left with, "Now What???" You would be phenomenal at something like that. Your directions are precise & easy to follow. Plus you have a very pleasant speaking voice and a sense of humor. All the qualities needed to teach an online class. You should really consider it. I've pinned for others to find. Once again, it's been a pleasure… Happy Journaling!!!! ((((HUGS))))
Just found your channel also. I love your sense of color and design. Beautiful mini will have to work on one today. I will be first watching some more of your tuts first. Keep making ART...from a new subbie.
