It's know by years that harshad wanted market to be up and growing . He found loopholes and executed it .futher when he made fake bond that was wrong although after making profit he used to give money with interesr and use ro take fake bond back , but no doubt it was scam although his intension was correct . A crime is crime .

What I have understood is
1.) Big stock brokers are the operators.
2.) the bear operator ( Thakur Camp) aspires and works for a market crash to buy cheap and later on sell high during the Bull phase .
3.) the Bull operator ( Subodh Mehta Camp) believed the an " ever bullish " phase , where the market is always on the rise, and there is no need to time the market , because if there is an " ever bullish" phase everyone earns and national economy also grows. This also attracts Foreign investors . Makes the economy more vibrant and robust.

This film was made when Indian Share Market was controlled by Bull and Bear Cartels.There was very low participation of small investors better called as Retail Investors.I am in this market for around 3 years since COVID and I have seen that if you first study the company , its Balance Sheet , its fundamentals and performance , and then invest in it for long years , you WILL fetch good returns. Today SEBI has been given more power to regulate and safeguard the market from manipulations but after Hindenburg , it also gives us message that we need to keep our markets away from international influence too

Here Mr. Bijani is Sir Dhirubhai Ambani undoubtedly who single handedly took over Mr. Manek aka Black cobra when Mr. Manek and his bear cartel started short selling his shares in order to make the phase bearish and to decrease the share price but Sir Dhirubhai bought all those shares and refused to sell the same so the market price never went downwards and this is the sole reason why the market get closed for a week or so at that time. 🖤

This is a movie and not the reality, the reality is different, the scam took place in 4 to 5 months time. The movie is showing that his interest was to take the share market on top whereas in reality, he was only behind 2-3 scripts such as ACC and sterlight technology which rose by 4400% in 4 months, earlier there were no circuits on stock, later SEBI put regulation by attaching circuit percent to stock. Earlier the settlement was done in 15 days time, for bank to bank deals, bank used to issue pay orders, and he took money against those payorder and invested in the stock market. he used the Bank of Karad (BOK) and the Metropolitan Co-operative Bank (MCB) to issued some fake payorder.
