@@bbchaos100 Hi there, this was a family members bike. I think it was purchased via either Ebay or aliexpress.
But I will try and find out for you.

does it help with falls when the bike is idle ?

Hi there,
no this is mainly a decorative guard with some functional use by protecting the radiator fins when riding by preventing stones or debri from damaging the cooling fins.
If the bike was to fall over or be involved in a slide I don't think the radiator sticks out that much I imagine most of the contact would be with your bar ends & petrol tank.
