I became addicted to alcohol when I was 18, and after one year when my mom passed away I became a pro drinker, Too much problem came into my life as well as my home,I lost my job,I used to drink and come home at night, I knew I was doing wrong but I had to do it to forget mom, one day I saw my father crying, it broke me, it's been 3 years since that day I don't touch alchohol and I am doing a new job, thnx Ajay vai for sharing this kind of life lesson, Many youngsters need to learn this lesson earlier

Excessive mobile use, being stuck in preparing for goverment jobs till late 30s and still not coming out of the cycle is also a disguised addiction being faced by the youths of India currently.
It’s very difficult to realise one’s mistake and then to share it on an open forum and be honest about it is extremely difficult. Hats off to you Ajay bhai, Full respect 🫡

In our time pool table gambling was at a peak and many of my friends and cousins end up visiting police station because of gambling behind the pool table.. By God's grace I was busy with internet and computer same time so I grow up in technology field and my friends are no where now and sometimes I feel bad for them..as I could have stopped them but they all want quick money and as you said it's not about money it's about the thrill.. I use to smoke 20 to 30 a day. I quit cold turkey. One day I got sick and I didn't feel like eating or smoking for a couple days. Thats when I realized that it's all in our head. Never smoked again. Now I hate the smell of cig smoke.

The right habits like getting involved in running, joining a good gym will help. As he will start focusing on his health. 3rd: Get rid of friends and family members who are into drinking. Unfortunately, many times the 1st family is into drinking themselves and then complain about their children getting hooked to alcohol. If that’s the case. They need to stop 🛑
