This house had/has potential. I like the use of space for the lot size, but as many have pointed out there are some glaring construction and design issues. That puts the value around $50-$60K US with an additional $30 out of pocket to correct the issues.

The tiles applied to the side of the house are inappropriate material for that application, this house will have mold issues. The roof stairs are installed incorrectly and aren't safe. There a lot of great educational construction videos here in YT. Search for construction videos from similar climates as yours from different parts of the world. You'll learn a lot. Good luck in your home search.

It's a Rwanda thing, most don't put closets in houses, even just cheap wardrobes are not there in most houses/so as a tenant you have to bring yours. I don't know why it's like that here.
