Google maps choose another route a little shorter, but I recomand to use the one through Bela Krvca. The road is quite good and the light of traffic. Be aware of speed limits!

Yeap, the route 134 is good. You don't have ramps or holes in the asphalt. But you should expect some steep curves or some waves on the road. You can drive it safely at around 90 km/h
If you want to be sure, you can try your route also. Like in my video the road through Pancevo is in very good condition.
Don't forget to use GPS map, the road signing is very poor and confusing in Serbia, and you can lost yourself very easily.
