An intabulation isn’t a musical form. Perhaps the last sentence in the video’s description should be changed to: “124 works oh his survive, mostly intabulations of Fantasias and Ricercars….”
Thank you for the for the comment, but I might add that in the description it is not referred to as a form. The description reads: "124 works of his survive comprising mostly Ricercars, Fantasias and Intabulations, all composed for the 6-course lute."
