      turbine makes the air
      expand to decrease it temp.

      compressor is not decreasing temp. it is turbine that expands the compressed air to colder temp

      The bleed air is supplied from Engines, cooled then enters the cabin

    Is the Flow Control Valve electrically powered ?

      The pack flow control valve is electrically controlled and pneumatically operated.
      It closes manually if the releted PB is set OFF, or the FIRE Pb , or the Ditching Pb are switched on .
      It closes automatically in case of overheating and during engine start.

      There is 2 big cabin air filters right in the distribution bay. The filters are installed before the mixer unit. Air go through the Filters>Mixer Unit>Cabin. I'm mechanic, worked on them already.

      Humidity control is a new system and can rarely exist depending on companies choice .
      Aircraft humidity control systems company, CTT Systems AB (CTT), has secured the first business class cabin humidification award for the Airbus A350-900. The airline client, the identity of which remains confidential, has selected humidifiers to be line-fitted by Airbus in the flight decks, crew rests and business class cabins aross its entire A350-900 fleet. The shipset amounts to six humidifiers and totals 20 A350-900s, with first delivery scheduled to mid-2019.

      no virus can survive the heat of the compressor prior to cooling...so no risk of viruses. Because the compressor outlet temperature is so high, there is no humidity...it is very dry air. There is NO humidity control on most airliners...only the very newest airliners like the 787 have such a system. Cargo compartment temp is controlled by the flight crew.
