The most emotional anime I've seen and this is a song that captures that feeling wonderfully. I've looked for an English version of it for a while, so I'm glad to finally see this one, and I did start to tear up as I heard this which did not come as any surprise to me. I'm wondering if you had a certain character in mind as you wrote these lyrics. The obvious point of view would be Tomoya saying them to Ushio, but maybe it's the other way around in the dream world, that this is showing their time together ending, their good bye, at least for a little while.

Ah Clannad where do I start, man Clannad is definitely a tear jerker. Probably one of the saddest animes you could watch. But everything about Clannad is great, if you haven't watched it yet then I would recommend it any day. :)

For some reason, even though I only watched this show for the first time last summer, I forgot all about this song. Now, relistening to everything, the lyrics, the melody, just, everything, I feel almost nostalgic (I get the same way with Connect, the op for Madoka). idk why, I mean, it wasn't long ago that I watched it. this song just took me back to all the feelings I felt when I watched Clannad, and I'm grateful for that.
