I came here asking for a prayer, since I was nine years old I have wanted to learn to play the sax, we were too poor to afford one when I was growing up in Honduras, later I came to USA; getting in the school band during middle school was not easy as I couldn't speak English then, so I had to learn the language first, still couldn't afford to buy one to practice or even afford a personal teacher; I was finally able to get to band class on 11th grade and they didn't have saxophones for loaners, so I was given the clarinet, very similar concept but only stayed 5 months in school, issues at home with my mother caused that I dropped out in school and had to be an adult to take care of myself. So still no way to fulfill my dream to play the sax so I could only play to the Lord. Here I am late in life, I am now finally holding a sax in my hands, but lack of the learning skills I could have as to when I was young. The prayer I ask is that the Holy Spirit be my teacher with God and Jesus supporting me; I currently sing at church but is playing the sax that my heart desires, when I hear the music coming from the sax, my spirit fills with joy and it's as if I am getting ready to touch heaven, imagine if I could play it.... I pray that God moves any more obstacles from making me play and learn, for Him to give me the Spirit of Knowledge so that each teaching I find in youtube will be easy to understand, I pray that He keeps me away from anything that will lead me to a path that separates me from Him, and I pray that not too far from now I will be able to help in the choir with my sax, and for His Spirit to fill me every time I play for Him. Please brothers and sisters pray for me.
I touch and agree with you in prayer for your request to play the sax fir the glory of God. God grant favor and anoint you with the same anointing that David had in playing the harp, as you will play unto HIM. As you play lives will be touched and changed in Jesus name. It is so ❤
Never too late.. I’m at retirement ages. Last two year I started self learning Saxophone 🎷 and now I can play hymns at old folks home and orphanages for lost souls harvesting.. Hallelujah 🎉❤

@@alpha2957 Noone I love it here on the North Coast, there is so much to say about this area which is on the Atlantic Ocean side of the island, so it is 5 to 10 degrees cooler than the South Coast, also the North Coast has a mountain range that pushes the storms out to sea so we never get the harshness of storms, you can rent a beautiful apartment in Puerto Plata for $200 to $600 a month with a $20 light bill so the cost of living is miniscule compared to living in the USA and it is more safe to live here than in most of the USA.
The background has an amazing depth. Though the sunset/or sunrise is behind you so there shouldn’t be so much light on the front of you, unless it was by design. Oh, and the music is great. Seriously there is bad, ok, good, and then great; yours is great.
I continue to listen. Thank you for bringing me such joy. I enjoy trying to figure out which instrumental song is playing and singing to it if I know the song if not, then I enjoy it anyway. @@alpha2957 Noone I love it here on the North Coast, there is so much to say about this area which is on the Atlantic Ocean side of the island, so it is 5 to 10 degrees cooler than the South Coast, also the North Coast has a mountain range that pushes the storms out to sea so we never get the harshness of storms, you can rent a beautiful apartment in Puerto Plata for $200 to $600 a month with a $20 light bill so the cost of living is miniscule compared to living in the USA and it is more safe to live here than in most of the USA.
