Together Again | A Short Film (Adapted from Humpty Dumpty)

Couldn’t Put Family Together Again.
A delusional mother suffering from distraught emotions, seeks therapy for her inability to tell what’s reality and memory. As the story progresses, we uncover more of how she got to this point through flashbacks and memories.
Group 9 based this short film on a “loose” adaptation from the nursery rhyme of ‘Humpty Dumpty’ taking the core themes of sometimes being unable to put broken things back ‘together again’ (fixing things).
We took this story from the perspective of the Mother of ‘Humpty’ and how she deals with the loss of her daughter ‘Hannah’.
This was our final project for the end of year 1 at University. Thankyou to Group 9 and the actresses for working so well together to be able to create such a wonderful short film. 🥚
