Nice rig! This truck must have a little weight to it. Thats the only reason I can see it running kind of hot with only a 3300kv and that small of gearing.
Definitely looks faster compared to your last video with it. speaking of battery c ratings I have come to believe based on my experience flying high-powered fpv quadcopters on 6s that most of the low end battery manufacturers just straight up lie about c ratings. there are a lot of times where I'm pulling 100 +AMPS out of a 1100mah battery running 4x 1750 kv motors on full throttle punches. fpv goggles give a really good insight to what's going on with the battery because we have live data and when you punch out with a cheaper battery that claims a high C rate more often than not the battery will just fall on its face and sag out. whereas a more reputable manufacturer with even a lower C rating will perform much better. I noticed the same thing in ground vehicles but it is much harder to quantify because you don't have the live data. kind of just going more by feel.
Yup I agree..Gtta get good batteries for sure but us poor people are stuck with budget stuff!! Lol..I think the best budget stuff I've come across is HRB

Yup it does..Plus the body cage adds weight also
The stock FTX Zorro brushless comes with a 3665 - 2900kv motor & 80a esc.
Yup this one has a 3660 2000kv and 60amp gool rc/ocday esc..The Imex has the same motor but with a Hobbywing ESC
