Friday Night Funkin' is a rhythm game in which the player controls a character called Boyfriend, who must defeat a series of opponents in order to continue dating his significant other, Girlfriend. The player must pass multiple levels, referred to as "weeks", each containing three songs.
Funkdela Catalogue is an FNF mod inspired on the Mandela Catalogue Series made by Alex Kister. This Mod is based on the entire Volume 1 of Mandela Catalogue + Intruder Alert!

Mark Heathcliff has a lovely chat with his friend, but secretly an alternate, Cesar Torres. They are joined by Adam Murray and Jonah Marshall, all characters from the Mandela Catalogue. These two are also part of the Bythorne Paranormal Society, or BPS for short. The reason they are able to call Mark and Cesar is because these remixes do not follow the canon timeline of The Mandela Catalogue, but instead an alternate (haha) timeline. Who knows what could happen next time?...

My specific lore for this:
After Mark hears signs of struggle coming from Cesar's home 2 days before the call, he decides to take a precautionary measure and asks the Bythorne Paranormal Society's most consistent members to help him interrogate this possible false friend. This works, and Mark is relatively safe now, but they sure as hell pissed off whoever was taking Cesar's place

The only reason Mark succumbed to M.A.D was ironically because of his main defensive method, his gun, as the bullets went one by one into an unkillable monster, he slowly started to lose hope until he killed himself, but if he had Jonah and Adam, then maybe he wouldn't have succumbed, as we see in this song

The Encounter remix walked so this one could run, holy hell, this goes so hard. The changing perspectives, the tone change, its all so well structured into a fantastic climax. Amazing, well worth the wait.

I like the idea of 4 sets of arrows for all the characters and slowly Adams and Jonahs icons move from being in the middle to Marks side as they start to also question if Cesar is really a human as they look at Cesar like Mark with a questioning look basically saying "is this dude REALLY not a alternate?"
I was kinda imagining the part with Jonah and Adam too, but I was more imagining it as just Jonah, Adam seems to have multiple parts singing agaisnt Cesar while Jonah has parts seemingly being more agaisnt Mark (in my opinion)
(As well as Adam and Mark have a duet part while Jonah's is with Cesar)
I kinda saw it as Adam believing Mark and Jonah being against him and being on cesar side which would be cool

My idea of a story is that instead of Cesar calling Mark like normal, Mark calls Cesar to ask why there's something following him and Mark starts to suspect Cesar of being an Alternate so after a bit Mark decides to call BPS and link them into the call then Adam and Jonah answer while driving to the "Cat Lady"s house then Adam and Jonah get to the "Cat Lady"s house then Cesar reveals himself to be an Alternate and Mark, Adam and Jonah are quite Suprised, anyways let's see if this gets any likes.

I really like on how these amazing remixes are starting to shape an alternate universe of their own (no pun intended- okay maybe yeah), with Adam & Jonah's tale being shifted back a few years so it lines up with Cesar becoming an Alternate, which speaking of that, I now have a bit of a headcanon timeline:
- an Alternate takes Cesar's place like in the original timeline
- Mark calls up two friends of his who have started a group all about finding the sightings of Alternates, hoping to figure out what happened to Cesar who's gone missing
- "Cesar" gives Heathcliff a call, hoping to lure him to Cesar's house, before Adam & Jonah burst into the call (lets just say Mark put his phone on speaker)
- this ticks off the Alternate, causing it to reveal itself, it quickly tries to hide itself again before Mark gets enraged, Jonah stands back as Mark yells into his phone, meanwhile Adam is filled with intrigue hearing an Alternate's voice on the other side of the line
- the call suddenly cuts off, Mark grabs a gun from his room and goes to Cesar's house to deal with the Alternate himself, which leads into the events of Encounter (during it, Adam & Jonah are trying to look for Mark in Cesar's house when the two get in an argument after Jonah realises just how dangerous the situation is)
Or time travel or vcr tapes or ghosts
This is lot of effort for this and furthermore it makes a lot of sense.

Even if the original song is 2 minutes you manage to add things to make it longer but to keep the viewer still wanting to listen to it. I like how Jonah and Adam come in and even have their own part in the song. This sounds so nice. The end when the intruder comes and the song speeds up and Jonah Adam and mark have to kinda face it is really cool. I love how mark and the alternate have a 1v1 talk for a second before Jonah and Adam join back. It’s so amazing! Keep up the amazing work! Cough cough, where’s my add to playlist button.

The way that the song goes from a simple Think Remix that adds Adam and Jonah into the mix (pun intended) and then quickly turns into sounding like an epic boss battle is epic! I love the way Adam and Jonah sound when added in, and the extra parts that were added in as well!

When the alternate comes to the song, i love the fact that adam in some parts of the songs he gets exited with the alternate, since he's not scared of them, but Jonah is so he get scared a some parts of the music. The ending to this song is probably the best ending to an fnf song ever. I like how it begins a duet with Mark and alternate and then the whole group joins in for the final part with the amber alert somehow fitting perfectly on the last note. It's SO good

originally wasnt a fan of the off-key cesar and mark stuff but it grew on me

What really makes me gush is the small things about this song, like, when the connection interference happens RIGHT before Cesar starts singing, the face flickering at 3:12 syncing with the subtle sound of the screaming in the background. When the Alternate first reveals itself, its background becomes static, whereas everyone elses is a regular background of their room, showing how it literally dishapes the reality around it. Yet another masterpiece, Thanks for the banger Z!

I like to imagine this is an alternate timeline in which Mark and both members of the Bythorne Paranormal Service [I forgot their names, awesome] all have time to visit Ceaser, upon noticing that Ceaser was acting odd when they met, so Mark brought a concealed gun, and it was right to bring. After realizing Ceaser was an alternate, all 3 of them jump "Ĉəā§éř" and the alternate is caught, and shot by Mark. All 3 of them leave Ceaser's home knowing that they killed their friend. [YES, all 3 of them know who Ceaser is in this universe] alright, not technically their friend but still, he looked like them.
It's Adam and Jonah there you go lol. Adam is the one with the hood not afraid of the alternates and Johah is the one with the swoosh haircut that looks afraid but keeping is composure.
This remix slapped incredibly hard. Absolutely live for all of your work, Z Sharp. Also, that Bythorne homage towards the middle was lovely.

Story I made up for this
Mark And Cesar are talking like normal.
Until, Mark suggests the sound he heard was an alternate. So, they call The Paranormal Society, Cesar (The Alternate) loses control of his facade, letting his true form slip.
To try win the battle between all 3 of them, while still on the line. He charges after Mark to his home in which Mark inevitably kills himself in the end after getting cornered
At 3:10 Mark is hiding in his home, the Paranormal Society is driving over to his address to try and help in some way to where they find him, it's too late though, alternate Cesar is gone, Mark is dead, they must protect others as much as possible
Adam is extremely curious with alternates, even more than before now, while Jonah is more hesitant
