thank you for your comment. if ts in florida and within two years you may be able to do something. if your pick defender didn’t do anything but most of them do a competent job. If they didn’t do depositions or follow an defense strategy you may have grounds to vacate your plea. we don’t do that kind of work bc it’s more like appellate work. if you are working 30 days of your plea you may be abe to withdraw it. but these are complicated questions and best answered in a consult.
