just wanna say most of this stuff you can get from the chaos chamber bunnys, not sure if this is the only other place this stuff drops but for sure have gotten all of these items multiple times and ive never fought that boss.
@@stevenreinhart6259 Yeah dedicateds can also world drop! Including/especially in the chaos chamber - apparently only a couple of these are actually their dedicated drops anyway - showing just how busted he is xD
so since I don't think you've covered this part, how do you get your equipment luck modifier that high. the highest I've seen is 17.5% on a chaotic necklace. am i missing some specific item? to my knowledge the only piece of equipment that can roll with that is the necklace. so I'm confused how you got it to a 60% multiplier. other than that all my other modifiers are maxed out

Oh just a heads up: save/quit works. The loot luck number fluctuation is just a visual bug and isn’t actually dropping your luck

Yo, there's actually already a spreadsheet for legendaries with a lot of datamined info.
According to it, Kastor's dedicateds are only the Crossbolt Generator and the Warped Paradigm.
If that's the case it only further proves how good Kastor is to farm given the insane amount of drops you got.

The love the rune shield. Would have loved to watch this video like yesterday when I was just going through chaos and spending 10’s of thousands of crystals on shields to get a body rune that was Volatile
With the event going on, the murder church (tangledrift) and surrounding area near the church is littered with mobs that poop an insane amount of loot
you can alternatively just change ur chaos lvl and hit apply and it will instantly reload u to last checkpoint and refresh the zone makes farming alot faster!
I think he mentioned that in a previous vid. the reason he doesn't is so he can have consistent loot luck for his farm guides so the results are consistent.

With my build literally one shotting most bosses its still faster to swap to c19 dumpster the boss and reload to c20 then to load to bright hoof and back or save and reload

the runes are all different unique legendarys. so when you count them together it seems like dedicated.
Farming Kastor is the reason I got lvl 40 the first weekend it was out 😅 And he's great to farm up gear to make it through the chaos levels.
The path to the wild weep obelisk from the spawn point is insane
Just got the game currently level 20 really enjoying it
frost-shivver using the crossbolt generator and the pin cushion
u have 3 bolts stuck every time you shoot with the crossbolt generator, shoot a few times, rush in with the pin cushion and u deal massive damage do to the explosions, works great with the frost-shivver since you get the follow up skill from the stabbomancer to increase damage further, and you get the old ways skill from the brr-zerker as well as ancient fury for the extra area damage to stack on with the explosions, on top of this if u kill the last boss minion then run use this tactic on the boss your fighting (providing you can melee attack them) it'll activate the kill skill shadow step to make it an auto crit melee hit, which if specked for it would then activate alchemical agent to give the boss a random status effect leading to exploit their weakness, this then causing them to take extra damage from all sources and contagion further stacking exploit there weakness by adding an addition status effect, then lastly if you chose to put a point in blast chill there's always La Chance it could release a frost nova possibly applying that status effect as well if it wasn't already applied stacking on even more damage from the before mentioned combo.

The loot luck bug makes a lot more sense as to why I don't get a single legendary after my first kill. Also, I found a bug that makes the bunnies at the end of a Chaos Chamber run only drop white loot despite being fed the max amount of crystals, so that was fun.
Since the update the other day the bunnies are worthless..blue and purple rain everytime..its pointless for me to use em

I was thinking about something. The loot enemy event is in tangledrift right now so u think that could have helped influence the drops I've gotten all of those as world drops if not mistaken
I think that the event just increases the chance of actually loot enemies, such as the Loot Cyclops, to spawn
I cant do this one. When I climbed the guy to get to the other side of the wall I was immediately glitches back to the first side of the wall. Now the prick is standing up and I can't get back to the other side of the wall. You'd think something like that would've been patchedby now.

Activated the second week of the Chaos in the World Mini-Event!
During the next several weeks, certain enemies will be influenced by the Maker and exhibit increased health and damage. Upon defeating them in this form, they can drop additional Legendaries on top of their normal dedicated drops and have an overall increased chance of dropping items!
This week is:
Kastor
Location: Tangledrift
Drops: Warped Paradigm, Crossbolt Generator
New Legendary: Throwable Hole
My first buffmeister was in a chest, which I opened after watching a video talking about it 😅

I got a buffmeister off a goblin at like lvl 20 something. Haven’t been using it though because it’s bugged. Feels cheap to use it, it’s why I disabled my Harvest skill on my graveborn because it’s broken and doing absurd damage atm

There is an event dropping more loot in Tangledrift and mount craw.
Yeah I think you just got lucky. the only dedicated drops he should have are the crossbolt and paradigm. I've farmed him a ton and have barely seen any of the other ones you mentioned but I had the Ragnarok drop 5 times. I think he just is a world drop machine like graveward was.

Even on chaos mode twenty I'll literally kill bosses and they drop all blue, my loot luck is 12,000 but still wtf. Anyone else have this problem maybe I'll just find more dice
Does dedicated mean it is only available in this fight or that it is specifically in that bosses loot pool as a higher chance?
It can mean both, 90% of the time weapons have a dedicated and also drop in the world drop system, rarely they only drop from one or the other.

The first time i fought him level 27 i think he dropped 2 legendaries and up till then i think id picked up two other world drops. I also lost a legendary somehow during or right after that fight.
both the first two drops i have recieved during chaos runs and aswell from barf bunnies at the end so im sorry to say but i think your a little mistaken about the dedicated drops but great vid none the less :)
the wheel and bunnies have a chance to drop anything however that doesnt negate what dedicated means. you either take a chance on the bunnies or the wheel or random world drop, or you fight the boss that specifically drops the said item youre after. aka - dedicated drop.
I got a 2 charge buffmeister that have a 10.6 sec duration. I am basically perma buffed now as long as I get a gun crit.

Is the side quest replayable? I completed this quest last night already or do I have to make a new character and try the farm then?
No just go back to where you killed kastor and he'll be there again and after you kill him save and quit and load back in and he'll be there again

How do you get loot luck that high? I can only get 35% extra loot luck from my items (with a chaotic bradluck), what kind of items are you using to get yours to 80%?

Buffmeister is NOT a dedicated. I have 3 buffmiesters and ive never framed this boss. Rune and crossolt ive gotten randomly as well. So i know those 3 arents dedicated. Those are the only I recognize. But great video and info 👍🏼
Am I missing something, I finished the boss when I was still leveling but now that I’m running chaos chambers I went back to farm this guy for some loot but I can’t find a way back to fight him
Check your quest list section in the menu, you need to complete that mission entirely for it to respawn. Once it’s done a blue portal spawns in the building for you to easily enter back in whenever you wanna farm him
The amalgam is a dedicated to a mushroom boss in weep wild dankness

Yes that is true even without max loot luck they were dropping purple and legendary alike
I killed him about 25 times on C26 - he drops a lot of Legendaries. Sometimes he drops a lot though and I did get two Warped Paradigms, naturally with the wrong class combination. Edit: continued today, got a Volatile Tidebreaker, which I had been looking for, two mood rings as well, one with my desired Spell Damage. This is the best boss for Legendary farming.

How is your loot luck so high? Ive got all dice, myth loot luck maxed, chaos 20, and a bradluck amulet for 30% loot luck and i cant break past 38,000
you can check the first couple minutes of my lechance video for a full break down, but it sounds like you're missing the loot shrine in the overworld, my amulet is 39% and my shield has a 25% enchant as well (:

I have a theory that this boss is coded to drop a lot of legendary spells. I cannot prove it but since his name is Castor I think he is coded this way to fit his theme.
This theory would also explain why your world drop rates for spells were so low adding what you thought were dedicated spell back into the world drop rates brings it to 19 spells in total.
Regarding the Brighthoof travelling: For Castor, this worked! I tried the same for the Crackmast Cove Obelisk and on exactly every fourth travel to Brighthoof I was teleported to the Salty Saunter instead of the traveling point right at the obelisk. Can someone confirm this? I hope this is a bug, it makes farming like that very tedious 🙄
Sometimes when you re-tele from brighthoof it doesnt open up the check point. make sure the checkpoint you wasnt to tele to is blue before tele to Brighthoof.

2 things, most dedicateds can also world drop. But yes apparently he's just incredibly broken and drops specific world drops a lot, so they're not all dedicated (like i was hoping) but you can get a heap of legos from him either way (:
Anyone else not getting adds with this boss? I haven't been getting adds, which means there's no way to get a second wind if you get hit with back to back Kastor attacks.

Travel to tangle drift > "what's left of tangle drift" fast travel then go left - if you're looking at the boss arena - there's a blue portal (shown w/ map in the video) go through that and you'll find the house you fought them in straight ahead
Genuine question: you always use 48k luck as a benchmark, stating it can go higher. How are you even hitting 48k? Is it a mod?
I only ask because I’m a console player, and while I haven’t seen a volatile neck w/ +loot luck, the best I have seen is a chaotic w/ +17.5%. That paired with a +25% luck shield and all other avenues maxed, gives a maximum of 42,750. How are you getting 48?

Ummmm.....you are literally listing off in exact order the items that drop for me while farming Banshee. I'm not even kidding how spooky that is. I hate farming Banshee cause the Wailing Banshee never drops for me and so many different legendaries have dropped from her that I can't even yell what her dedicated loot pool is.
I literally only ever get the automagic from her, haven't gotten a wailing banshee and the automagics are worse than the one I have. They also all come in only shock and cryo for some reason

This is great info ty, unfortunately the game offers no challenge where an optimized character is required, farming getting pointless very fast.
Honestly... only been playing 4 days and i beat the 3 raid bosses (individually) without dying on like chaos 10 with a ton of curses..
Hopefully the DLC changes this. It has been way too easy to get way to strong lol.
My guy that's not how chance works...If it's a 1% chance and you get 3 in a 100 you got lucky. It's still a 1% chance each time. If you got it 100/100 times it doesn't make it a 100% drop rate.

Farming Armor is soooo tedious in Wonderlands. Even if you get the correct one, you need the 2 corect classes AND the correct skills. Oh and then there are also 3 (5) random passives.....
