I wondered who or how the bailing twine was being removed, glad you showed that part. Great video.....and seriously, you do more before breakfast than many of us do all day.
People do not understand how much work goes into the glass of milk or when they put milk on there cereal in the morning ,,Thank you Eric for all your hard work Sir
Your Dad can be mightily proud for your ability and desire to carry on the dairy tradition. You are a great testament to the quality individual that life on the farm produces. You come from a great set of genes .
Eric, please make a video of the first time you shave. Just teasing you, buddy. Really enjoy your videos - especially seeing how calm your cows & dogs are around you. You treat your 4-legged friends well. You're a good soul, Eric - and one hard working young man.
The milk you guys produce has to taste so good. The care you put in and the diet that you give is amazing. It’s really cool to see you take so much pride and be so educated about what you are doing.
Thanks for bringing out the hard work farmers do and the organizational you have to get things done. Proud to say my parents were farmers till the milking barn burned down. Love to reminisce how things would have been. Be safe and vigilant. Thanks again from Connecticut but born in Vermont !!!
This type of viewing should be required viewing for every child in school so they understand the amount of work the goes into producing milk. This hopefully would be beneficial long term to helping the dairyman be profitable and appreciated.
Gosh those cows are so gentle when getting dry cow treatment as if nothings happening too them job well done Eric.. your parents raised a real good kid..
In the video where are you and your dad answered questions, your dad stated he is very proud of you. He should be, I also feel you should be proud to have him as a father. He seems like a very selfless, generous, gentle, God fearing man. I could see him giving his last dollar to someone in need. Keep doing what you do, it's very exciting to watch your videos when the come out.
Your farm is like a restaurant for cows. These cows like this, those cows eat that, and a third group gets something else. Love it how you care for them all. 😀
Great video, especially when you take the time to explain "why". All that work . . . and before breakfast too! You and your dad sure work well together, glad he's feeling better.
Hello Eric just to let you know the stuff you show today was very interesting you never cease to amaze me it takes a smart, farmer to remember the things you do if you forget something something will go wrong you are a great teacher I love your videos keep making them please thank you for sharing 👍🇺🇸
Loved the video! It was very informative. I´d love to see an aerial view of your farm, so you can point out, where each building is located, as i still tend to get lost a bit after watching all of your videos...
Well that took care of my string question pretty quick. Best wishes for the ailing mother of twins. That was probably expensive surgery so the cow must be worth it. We had twisted bowel surgery done on a clydstale mare once. It's nice to see the great care your animals get. I bet the hay chopper guy is kept busy. Nice vid. Peace.
Love all the camera angles and edits! I realize that must extend the time to prepare videos. Just wanted to let you know...it's appreciated. Well done.
Great awesome video Eric , the dreaded twisted stomach how I don’t miss that in our herd , we had our fare share of those until our nutritionist fixed our issues and on a dry cow program a lot better things to fix other as well . Made a huge improvement, those surgeries were so expensive
I would just like to say thank you very much for showing your videos on your farming where you are I'm not too sure where you are only just started watching your videos so I'm really enjoying it and thank you very much keep up the great work
There is a circus trick where the performer has spinning plates balanced on sticks. As the plates slow down, they wobble and fall off of the stick. The trick is to keep spinning the plates up faster than they can fall down to see ‘How many plates you can get spinning.” Eric sure has a lot of plates spinning between vets, feeding the hay chopper, drying up cows, laying in bedding, feeding the heifers, mixing up feed for the dry cows and then for the milking cows, scraping out the alleys and putting up T-111 siding on his office. Did not even stop of a “Dew! Well done sir!
Ran acrossed your page after watching @SaskDutchKid its pretty epic what ya guys got going on, I been to a few Dairy Farms, working on their bulk milk tanks here in Iowa and well, to me yours and Jan's farms are pretty awesome. Thanks for your hard work and long days, and editing videos should be longer too ;) God Bless Eric and your family.
I have to say, I’ve been watching your videos for about 2 mouths now. I must say thank you for caring for your supporters and trying to get the best shot.. keep it up 👍🏽
Really enjoy your videos. Coming from a beef cattle background in the central part of the US a lot of what you do is familiar, but I learn something with each new video about dairy production. Pretty creative with your camera shots today! 👍👍
Another great video. Always great spending time with you as you go about your day to day activities. My father is a retired Vet, and i have seen that operation done many times. Makes total sense in most cases and many of them continue to be productive members of the team for many years. Seems to cause them little if any discomfort. Certainly shows that you take good care of your valuable cows.
I really like your videos, your presentations are the best. I watch a number of agriculture youtubers and I must say, you have the best looking cows and also the cleanest facilities
I have enjoyed, and have been a subscriber of your videos from the early 50 subscribers and I must say this has been the BEST and most informative one yet. MANY MANY thanks for sharing with us.

Glad to hear your dad is doing better. That’s quite the process for treating the cows but it’s a necessary preventative. Happy belated 4th!! Take care & stay safe. Cheers
I just wanted to compliment your farm on how well your take care of those milking cows. They seem very comfortable and relaxed.
I wondered who or how the bailing twine was being removed, glad you showed that part. Great video.....and seriously, you do more before breakfast than many of us do all day.
Thank you for sharing this glimpse of what you & your family do to keep America fed!

Your family does a fine job in caring for the cows!! Thanks for the videos!!!
Like watching you and your dad work together. Glad to hear his shoulder is on the mend.
I can't think of many professions where a person does that much work before breakfast. 👍🏻
Gives me motivation to wake up early to be fair
I work on a farm at 15 years old and today was my first day waking up at 3:30 to milk! I’ve been their for about 8 months now and I like it!
I was thinking much the same thing.

You do a good job explaining things and video angles and view. And the way you treat your animals, being patient and not hurrying, spooking them.👍

Kinda wish you did a sunrise time-lapse. Gosh you have some beautiful colours in it

you certainly do keep busy... even when you're taking it easy , yet another fully packed and entertaining video atb
You finaly doing bales. Nice. Nice to see you doing that.
The bag of powder you added to the bedding is OMRI listed. Organic, "May the Farm be with you."
Keep milking your cattle , we need to keep "Family Owned Milking Farms" ...... 👍👍👍
100% agreed! Corporate owned farming............it's dangerous having large companies taking over the food supply!
Over 95% of all american farms are family owned. Dont worry

Great video. Wow, what ingenuity in farming. Chopping hay, mixing feed. To bad the cows don’t like it. 😜
It's like you and Sask Dutchkid are kinda going head to head now. Good stuff, you are both great!
That looks like Harold running the chopper. Good old boy!
