India is where it originated, assembling tenets of both Hinduism and Buddhism into a largely non-religious but very spiritual practice. Over the generations, with the advent of globalization and world exploration, it's not a far stretch to think that other cultures (that were open to it) could have developed their own forms and flavors of tantra.
Tantra is a Hindu term from India. It has nothing to do with Arab culture or music. With all due respect, avoid using misleading titles and crediting one culture with terms given to the world by another culture. It makes you look bad.
