You have sub contracted to a swindler who promised to finish the construction within 4 months but did not complete even for one year because many masons, painters, electricians, labours escaped for non payment of their wages and payments. He used to dump bihari labours in my premises to use water, electricity, toilet, for bathing, washing, cooking and used them to work in other sites thus delaying our work. I am also into construction and If some one want to construct with Red Brick it will cost u around 2.5L average per 100 sqft including everything (Interiors, High Quality Granite, All electrical fittings). Mostly final cost depends mainly on wood work, Bathroom Fittings and Granite. If u go with Hallow brick it might cost 2.35L per 100 sqft. Here I am talking about with all final fittings.

1 sq ft will cost you 1950/- rs. 25 chadra andre 2500/- sq feet kattodikke 1950 X 2500=48.75 lakh aagutte alwa. In simple 40 laksha aagode illa.. Sq ft rs. 1750 aadru almost 44 lakh aagutte.
Actual Area = 2750 sq ft Rate of 1 sq ft = 1675 total amount = 2750 x 1675 = Rs. 46 Lakh They were providing cement Bricks , aluminium Windows and Vetrified Tiles. So we said that to Red Mud Bricks , wooden windows & shutters and Granite. It cost us extra 6 Lakhs approximately . All interior was provided by us from third party Carpenter, which cost us around 5 Lakhs ( material + labour). So total Cost of this house that You See in this video is 46 + 6 + 5 = 57 Lakhs. I would say that around 60 Lakhs Spent on this.
