The longer the bananas preserved, the more SUGAR it produces..meaning the amount of sugar contents become significantly over time and very unhealthy for the body. Longer preserved bananas means MORE SUGAR and less potassium. The best HEALTHIEST WAY to eat bananas is when NEWLY ripened, meaning less sugar and more potassium.

I have not read all of the comments, I will take your word that others have been negative. Sadly, that seems to be the way of the world.
Being from the US, I find this type of video to be quite fascinating and educational, I am watching to enlighten myself! The difficulties of life are but one breathe away from any of us.
The finest of tools and utensils will not keep us from starvation if we are not wise enough to use them. The ability to use what we have been blessed with, no matter how new or old, grand or meager, is where beauty and strength show itself.
I see a beautiful young family living and thriving in modest conditions. Yes, it seems that it would be a wonderful advantage to have "proper" tools and utensils. However, is that what truly matters? I don't believe so! Sure, those proper tools and utensils may make the work lighter, but not necessarily the food or environment, more of a blessing.
I remember my parents and grandparents' hands, they were not soft and manicured. They were working hands! Strong, worn, and torn from hard work providing for those they loved. Still, those same hands were tender and loving. Gratefully folded in prayer. In my many decades of living, I see the unmistakable beauty in hardworking, loving hands.
Educated, comfortable and possibly soft in character is not what I would consider success. Education has its place and is of great value and comfort, is only healthy to a point, and being strong in character is surely to be of the utmost value. I see strength, love of family, minds full of useful knowledge, the ability to take little and do much with it. I am inspired and motivated by the strength and ability that I am witnessing. Yes, I am watching and learning from the beautiful strength of people that use what they have, the ability to carry on when many would give up from the shear struggle to maintain an appearance of success.
I am learning. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn someone that too many others criticize. As you said "work without gloves, dress delicately in the cold, cut bread with a knife you use to cut meat." I find them extraordinarily gifted and beautiful! I am in awe of their abilities. I See Their Strength and Character and I feel a bit small in comparison.
