You not punishing someone playing a class with limited healing that just passed turn and discarded their entire hand is an issue entirely based on skill.
@@amethonys2798 This was the absolute dream getting both locations and Quasar on 6 that's just luck you usually can't influence. What do you suggest a non-aggro deck should do to punish a 6 mana do nothing, win the game in 1 turn?
@@faceless1434I would be genuinely shocked if a combo necessitating that your whole deck be built for the sole purpose of drawing or shuffling damage into deck will be effective compared to any other top deck. Quasar may be great, but this combo seems like it wouldn’t be consistent enough
@@blakeerenhouse943 This card is turbo ass and will not see play. You will need to play so much draw to not only find the Quasar (aka do literally nothing early game just playing draw cards), but to also play the game afterwards. If you can't punish someone basically passing turn all game then idk maybe stick to the innkeeper or something. Marin on curve was already questionable in a lot of gamestates and you got a 6/6 body for it and also got to KEEP YOUR HAND which could help stabilize the board afterwards.
Well stated. Just more garbage for rogue that's basically: hope the opponent's coherent gameplan doesnt work before your miracle garbage comes online. @amethonys2798
I use my graceful charity, then 2 upstart goblins. With these 3 spells my royal magical library has 3 counters on it so i can draw another card. Aha! the perfect draw, i activate broken bamboo sword, followed by golden bamboo sword and then another graceful charity. Finally after all that, i have gathered all 5 piece of exodia. say goodbye, because i am sending you to the shadow realm for eternity.
I was thinking about this kinda idea with shack and supernova to kill the opponent, but couldn't figure out how to kill. Forgot they added garrote if he was a minion.
It's stupid how it works, but the Rogue Player successfully managed to play all of that in the turn time limit, the effects of the cards making it take longer then the actual turn is supposed to be with its animations. Blizzard obviously has to have the cards still do their effects, but yeah, this and certain Battlegrounds comps are good examples of them needing to step up animation speeds(I wanna strangle whoever made it so Kindly Grandmother makes Leapfrogger take TWICE AS LONG, since it does its little animation for each Proc. That just made it more toxic)
The rope looks goofy here because a lot of actions have been queued, but it's essentially working as intended. All the actions were taken in time for their turn, it just takes longer than the rope to actually play out said animations. ...assuming this doesn't skip the next player's turn, anyway. there are ways to do that if you queue enough animations iirc, that'd definitely be an unintended exploit.
@@ohlookitisacat7404 the issue of comparison here is that said card exists in a class that holds all of its real power outside of exactly some of the payoffs in its spells (druid), even the (relatively) creature heavy reno renathal druid runs a 50/50 split, if ensmallen existed in literally any other class outside of also mage it would be nutty
The rope is merely a suggestion.
In-game of course

Can we have Garrote Rogue?
We have Garrote Rogue at home.
Garrote rogue IN SPACE✨
"Justice Rains From. . . THE STARS!?"
Who could have imagined that giving the class that have as a main characteristic drawing mass mana cheating on the deck would lead to stupid ass OTK?
Classic Rogue shenenigans
The art from that signature card looks amazing
Triple 7s finally playable 😂

an expansion that helps rogue break the game?! WOW that never happened!
RIP Hearthstone. 2014-2024.
Kinda over exaggeration, you see this stuff every new expansion
Pretty sure everyone's been saying this game's dead for 10 years now. At least try to be creative or something

What is the point of the rope if it doesn’t actually end the turn when it runs out lol.

Of course it'll be Rogue
Do you belive in miracles?
Okay I shit on this game a lot but that signature art is insane
why do you blurr your name and rank in theory crafting? your ingame name is Legend.
also this was turn 7, this deck can kill as early as turn 5

is the early access to the expansion content creators only? or is it open

gg bros. u need to end the game fast before u see plays like this. its aggro time again
what does quasar do?

Man I love knowing what cards do, oh wait they refuse to tell us to earn money.
they shop stop animation and not allow people to play while roping.
