I pray you get relief soon! You’re such a good mom and friend (on UA-cam). We love you! Inconsistency is a part of life! I wish I could consistently cook dinner but ummm whatever. 🤷🏽♀️. Your followers are here for you! Take care of yourself! Congratulations on the new home 🏡!
Hi. I'm a new viewer/sub. I came across your channel looking for trench coat content. (I'm obsessed with my trench coats. I currently have 3 lol) Anyway, about your back, I sympathize. I've struggled with back pain since my early 40s. I've done PT and chiropractic. Finally, my 3rd chiro had me get standing x-rays of my pelvis and they were able to see that one leg was 1/4" shorter than the other. That was the root of all my problems! He gave me a tiny prosthetic "cookie" to wear in the shoe of the shorter leg and it made all the difference! So simple. So that's just my experience I wanted to share. This issue is very common, according to my chiropractor.
Hi and welcome! Thank you for sharing that I have heard it is very common too and I’m discovering that there are so many different root causes but a lot of people have shared similar experiences so it helps knowing that I’m not nearly the only person going through it and there’s hope to come out on the other side! I’m glad you are feeling better ❤️
Sorry that you’re going through that Amanda, but I’m glad that you’re putting your health first. As far a videos, girl you can put out whatever and I’d still watch so don’t feel pressured to stick to one thing. I’d love to see makeup/skin care routine videos in the future cause your skin is flawless. Anyways please continue to take care yourself 💜
Thank you girl, that’s so so sweet and the fact that you would watch anything 🥲 thank you so much. More content to come I definitely want to do some beauty stuff too! ❤️🥰🫶
Amanda, I pray you are feeling better. Thank you for the videos and content on your channel. I enjoy your style sense and you have a good eye for fashion. Please continue to take care of yourself. God bless🌹
Welcome back! I can relate to that throbbing pain that goes down the leg. I was in my thirties when I peaked with weight training and heavy squats. Little did I know I would get diagnosed with a "degenerated disk." That pain can be so sneaky and lay dormant then come up at anytime. At current, being in my forties, I find simply pulling my knees up to my chest and holding the position in bed before getting up loosens tension in my lower back. Lastly, a lot of people are magnesium deficient, so my husband and I drink natural vitality calm every night before bed, and that helps with muscles, stress and tmi regularity. Loved the winter haul! Those press on nails looked so natural! The taupe sweater set looks really good against your skin tone, too! Congratulations on your official home close! Peeps can definitely learn from your journey as you build your home. Thank you for being so transparent. Watch that heavy lifting, and just know simply walking and remembering to stretch does a world of wonders. That's what I learned quickly. Much love and cheers to you guys! ❣🎉
Thank you so much! Yes that’s what I have is a degenerated disk. It snuck up on me just like that too! Thank you for the tips I will try all of that did you ever get injections or just physical therapy? I appreciate the support and all the suggestions! Can’t wait to share the journey with you guys! ❤️🥰
